• Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all code and design assets become the sole property of the client. Subnet Labs retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio as a demonstration of our capabilities.
• Execution: Project timelines are estimates based on standard protocol cycles. Delays in client feedback may lead to re-scheduling of infrastructure deployment.

Due to the proprietary nature of our "Revenue-First" design systems and the intense manual labor involved in our audits, all deposits and fees are non-refundable.
